Sales Coordinator Private Label at BONDUELLE ® Nordic A/S

At BONDUELLE® Nordic A/S, we offer and sell vegetables through our brand BONDUELLE® as well as through our Customers’ own brands for both foodservice and retail throughout the Nordic region (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland).

Based in Herlev, BONDUELLE ® Nordic A/S has a small, dedicated sales and marketing team. Our vision is to become the “world reference of well living through plant based products and solutions” and we enjoy a category in growth where private label plays a vital role.

We are therefore looking for a new Sales Coordinator for Private label, who will be a part of the sales team with close cooperation with key account managers, customers and our factories.

Job description – main tasks:
· Contract coordination and follow-up with clients and customer service
· Forecast on sales volume per contract
· Key contact between our European factories and Nordic clients
· Handling of labels including translation and proofreading of labels and packaging
· Registration and ongoing maintenance of the product database with P&L master data
· Handling customers request on code of conduct
· Entering and following up on consumer complaints in relation to the French quality department
· Contributing to solving ad hoc tasks
· Start date: 1st of April 2018

Personal qualities:
· Structured and able to multitask
· Self-driven
· Outgoing and able to “smile over the phone”
· Fundamental knowledge of the FMCG industry
· Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing in Danish and English (if possible French)
· Super user of Excel (a test will be carried out during the recruitment process)
· Knowledge of Master data systems like AS400, Forecasting tools is a plus
