In order to leverage the evolutions arising in its business environment and support growth, Sodexo DK has identified a set of key strategic priorities within sale and business development to focus on to growth the business. A particular focus will be on the strategic priority new sale, business development. In this context, you will work closely with the Danish Country President, Sales, Marketing and Communication in Sodexo DK and the Nordic region. Your primary tasks will be to support the Country President and the Nordic bid managers.

Main tasks will include:
• Coordinate and lead RFP projects and bids
• Ensure internal and external stakeholder management
• Ensure close cooperation with operations and bid support
• Make winning bids compliant with Sodexo profitability requirements in a competitive market
• Assist contract negotiations with clients in English
• Drive development internally according to market requirements.

• Master degree in Business or similar/related fields
• Work willingly and effectively with others in and across the Danish organization to accomplish team goals
• Ability to manage different projects, juggle priorities and deliver on deadlines
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to Commercial Operations
• Business related: Analytical Thinking, Results Orientation, Planning & Organization
• Self-Management related: Personal Credibility, Self-Confidence
• Excel experience with ability to manipulate and analyze data sets
• Experienced with Power point 
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Danish is a plus
• 1-2 years of professional experience (including internships)
