Are you our new CRM Specialist in Scandinavia?

As CRM Specialist, you will be a part of our fantastic Scandinavian Digital Team based in our office in Denmark, perfectly located in the heart of Copenhagen at Kongens Nytorv.  We are looking for a person who are motivated by a position, that combines hands on work with strategic thinking.
You will report to the Digital Director for Scandinavia, who is a passionated leader with a high level of energy. She is always open to new ideas and very focused on the team to develop and support our business.

What is in it for you...
Be in charge of CRM containing newsletters and projects in the Loyalty Program and all its touchpoints. 

Hands-on project management cross departments to execute and optimize our 360 degrees loyalty club with connected CRM program and membership advantages, where you will secure execution of goals and KPIs are reached as well as reported.

Our goal is to automate and optimize a significant part of our CRM platform with more targeted communication and a next-level trigger-flow. You will be leading this locally in collaboration with Sephora headquarter in Paris. 

Area of responsibility:
•    Definition of the Scandinavian CRM yearly animation plan
•    Newsletters from idea to execution on weekly basis, both for Denmark and Sweden
•    Create newsletters from toolbox, template or from scratch and complete the proces with our agencies
•    Recruitment, retention and churn prevention to the loyalty club
•    Automate processes in our CRM system and create email flows, as well as push SMS
•    Forecast, analyze, optimize and share results

We would love that...

•    You have minimum 2 years of experience from a position within CRM/Loyalty Marketing
•    You are experienced with Salesforce, Adobe or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
•    You have experience with automization of CRM flows
•    You are proficient in Excel and Photoshop
•    You have a customer centric mindset with a holistic view on the customer experience 
•    You are a great communicator, especially in writing
•    You have an analytic approach and working with data comes natural for you
•    You are a teamplayer of nature  
•    You have a positive personality – we work hard, but we also like to have fun at work
•    You are fluent in English as this is our company language and fluent in Danish and/or Swedish
