French-speaking administrative employee

Maternity cover: French-speaking administrative employee for support center in international pharmaceutical company in Lynge.

Missionpharma is an international pharmaceutical company located in Lynge in the Northern part of Zealand. We are a leading supplier of generic pharmaceuticals, medical consumables and hospital equipment and the world’s largest manufacturer of medical kits to public institutions in developing countries worldwide.

Our current receptionist will be going on maternity leave in the beginning of 2020, and we are looking for a skilled French-speaking maternity cover for our reception, which also serves as support center for the entire company. The period is expected to be of a duration of 9-12 months starting from the beginning of 2020.


Together with our reception team, you will handle the daily administration of our reception/support center. The tasks are many and very diverse but the keywords are always smile, service, flexibility and a high level of efficiency.

You will manage a number of internal translation and proofreading tasks to and from French/English, why we require proficiency in written English and French.  The position also includes many exciting tasks within HR, travel management, marketing, support to the sales department as well as various ad-hoc tasks from different departments in the company.  

Your professional qualifications

  • A strong language background:
    • French – fluent verbally and in writing
    • English – fluent verbally and in writing
  • Experienced user of Word, Excel and Powerpoint – and an genuine interest in learning new IT programmes
  • Graphic understanding
  • Meeting bookings and calendar management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage
  • Possession of a driver’s license
  • Preferably a few years of experience from a similar position
