How to attract talents conference

Thursday the 10th of November, the Chamber had the pleasure of welcoming you to a conference organised in collaboration with the IBP Union at CBS on the topic: “How to attract talents?”

The job market is currently very tight in Denmark, and companies that are always looking for talent, sometimes find it difficult to recruit. The conference consisted of a panel debate, where people working for 4 major Danish or French companies, Schneider Electric, Havas, Novo Nordisk and L’Oréal, could talk about the HR strategies they have put in place to attract talent.

After an introduction by the French Ambassador, Christophe Parisot, we had the opportunity to listen to two students Astrid Wachs and Anna Raadshøj explaining their wishes and expectations when selecting their company. These introductions were followed by a panel debate with 4 companies, Schneider Electric, Novo Nordisk, Havas Denmark and L'Oréal who told us more about their talent acquisition strategy, thanks to Charlotte Lei BarnewitzMichael ChristiansenAlexis PhilipponAnne SvaneborgSøren Bronee and Marc Moal for your presentations.

After the conference, the more than 140 participants had to chance to mingle and exchange thoughts during the networking cocktail in the entrance hall of CBS. We thank Les Grands Chais for the lovely wine and Éloïse from Kagerlighed for providing delicious savoury and sweet finger foods.
