Missionpharma is a leading supplier of medicine, medical consumables and hospital equipment to developing countries worldwide. We are an international company conducting all our business overseas. Our clients include Ministries of Health, International donors, large NGOs and the United Nations.

We believe that understanding our business sets you up for success when it comes to negotiating with customers and winning contracts. Therefore, you will spend around a year working alongside our highly skilled colleagues in our project administration team.

In this period, you will learn all you need to know about bid and order management. You will take bids through the process from receipt of tender to submission of offer, maintaining a detailed perspective of the entire bidding phase. Once a project is won, you will follow the order from confirmation until delivery of the last product to the customer.

Use your insight to become a successful Key Account Manager

Building long-term and stable relationships with your customers is key to our business. Once we trust that you understand our business model completely, you will start to work your way towards the role of Key Account Manager.

Here, you will get customer responsibility with your own sales budget. Your daily interface will include a large variety of internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire value chain, developing intelligent solutions involving Procurement, QA/QC, Logistics, Finance and Warehouse departments.

An eye for business and excellent networking skills

You already have a strong commercial mindset, and you are ready to build a profound understanding of the interests of our customers and stakeholders. With your natural talent for networking, you are great at building and maintaining new relationships with people from many different cultures, and you understand how to navigate in a highly political environment.

  • You are in the beginning of your career however with a few years of experience; could be as project manager or sales professional
  • You are able to analyze the comparative complexity and level of importance of different possible decisions – and act accordingly
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or sales
  • You speak and write English and French fluently. Danish is not a requirement
  • You are an experienced user of MS Office and preferably familiar with Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • You are ready to spend 30-40 days a year traveling the globe
