Key Account Manager/Sales Manager for the French market.

LIEWOOD IS IN CONSTANT DEVELOPMENT AND IS THEREFORE LOOKING FOR A STRONG AND EXPERIENCED FRENCH SPEAKING SALES PERSON TO SECURE THE  DEVELOPMENT OF THE FRENCH MARKET.

We need a strong and experienced key account manager/sales manager who can secure the further development of our French market and ensure a continued solid growth with our French customer base.

As a person, you are proactive, driven by sales and strong at building relationships. You are ready to take on the task and the challenge of building strong relationships with our international customers with an overall focus on the French market. It is therefore important that you speak and write French at a high level.

Your personality is open, happy and positive, and you are well-liked among customers and colleagues. You thrive in a busy everyday life, you successfully handle many activities simultaneously and you are a strong decision maker. You understand that choosing the right sales channels with the right profile is crucial to long-term success, and you are able to translate strategy into operational initiatives. Your base is at our head office in Copenhagen - and it is thus expected that you live in or around Copenhagen. However, continuous travel activity to France is an important part of the job.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales - preferably from the fashion, children or interior industry.

• You have experience with sales to the French market and understand the French business mentality and culture well.

• You master French and English in writing and orally at a high-level.

• You are passionate about sales and you are a good sales person.

• You are loyal, results-oriented and have a solid commercial understanding.

• You believe that offering good customer service every day is important.

• You are used to working with sales/inventory management systems.

• You have a good numerical understanding and know how to work in Excel.

• You speak and write Danish (beginner’s level accepted).

YOUR TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of sales budgets and strategy
  • Cooperation and development of French customers – existing and new
  • Support to existing French customer base; daily support, 4 annual sales and general ongoing follow-up and development
  • Support at international fairs and preparations thereof
  • Support for sales to other export markets if needed, but focus will be on France
  • Daily support/reference to Liewood's Area Sales Manager or Head of Sale.

Travel activity of about 40-50 days a year is expected (incl. Trade shows)

A driver's license is required.
