Sales Support Assistant - Outfit International A/S


Growth company in the hunting industry is looking for a Sales Supporter for our Sales Support department at our head office in Greve - only 25 minutes from the center of Copenhagen.

Outfit International A/S is a Danish, family-owned export company built on a solid product and business foundation in close cooperation with our customers. We are Europe's leading manufacturer and supplier (B2B) of hunting clothing and equipment. We design, produce and sell the two market-leading brands Härkila and Seeland.

We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant in our Sales Support / Customer Service department.

Today, the Sales Support team consists of three skilled employees and a Team Leader with many years of experience in operations, sales, and customer service. Today, the team supports, in several local languages, our many customers and sellers who, in addition to Denmark, are located at our five local sales offices in our main markets. Now one employee has chosen to go hunting on other hunting grounds and therefore you have the opportunity to become part of this strong team.

The Sales Support department handles all incoming orders and many other tasks from our customers and sales team. Although most orders today come in via our online webshops, both B2B and B2C, there are of course still e-mails, telephones and other new communication channels that must be handled.

The tasks include, among other things:
- Daily customer contact on several channels – phone, email and chat service
- Follow-up and execution of common tasks in the department
- Support sales and products in own area of responsibility
- Contact the internal sales team across markets
- Development of the department's internal processes and systems
- Work closely with the entire Sales Support team to ensure high quality in the service provided to customers

As a person, you are outgoing, positive and, like the rest of us, value a high level of service with the customer at the centre. You want the daily contact with salespeople and customers and must be able to see yourself in a flat organization where there is collaboration internationally and across departments. You are analytically strong, structured and have a good eye for the importance of details, but still have a practical approach to tasks and are motivated both by making a good plan and carrying it out.

Solid experience with sales and customer service
- You have relevant experience of working in a Customer Service organization - preferably both B2B and B2C/Online.
- User level in MS Outlook, Excel and Word is expected.
- If you have experience with the ERP system Navision, this is seen as an advantage.
- You are fluent in English and French in writing and speaking. Danish and the other Nordic languages are also an advantage but not mandatory.
- We hope that you are already interested in either hunting or the outdoors in general, - otherwise we will probably try to help you.
