MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Bel Nordic is searching for a committed Student Assistant to join our Sales team with reference to the Country Manager Denmark & Norway.

Bel Nordic covers 5 countries within its operating scope, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland. Bel Nordic is a growing subsidiary of the Bel Group and is looking to accelerate its presence in Dairy and Plant Based cheese across the region through commercial expansion in line with group strategy.

You will have the opportunity to evolve in the Nordic subsidiary of a French Group, with a French culture footprint. Some employees of the Nordic Business Unit are French, or half French.

Delivering on our strategy whilst ensuring that our customers maintain at all time a high level of satisfaction is key. The Student Assistant will be central to achieving a successful and long- term commercial expansion by supporting the Country Manager Denmark & Norway to deliver on our Commercial strategy.

MAIN DUTIES

Responsibilities will among others include:

Sales Admin.:
- Deliver promotional analysis on prioritized promotions
- Ownership of promoplan update
- Update and develop relevant and uniformed KPIs monthly, based on business needs
- Track RSP development, both Bel products and competitors
- Invoice handling vs. accruals/POs
-  Masterdata management
-  Create ad-hoc reports when needed.

Trade Customers:
-  Update and share Customer Promotional Calendar and share with Marketing
-  Campaign Forecast input for S&OP and forecast meetings
-  Sales development analysis and input for Customer presentation/negotiations
-  Article sheets and price lists by Customer
-  Sample and photo delivery
-  Leaflet & Digital promotion follow up – Bel and competition
-  Ad-hoc customer contact and follow-up

Sales Force:
-  Preparation for Sales Conferences and meetings with 3rd party Sales Force
-  Monthly sell-out performance analysis for Sales Force at store level (PowerBI)
-  Sales Force evaluation – KPIs, listings, distribution, display visibility.
-  Sales Force orders to customers
-  POS and sample material handling
-  Secure that Sales Force software is fully updated and functional

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for an openminded and pragmatic individual that will bring lots of energy and take ownership for the assigned tasks.

As a counterpart we promise a steep learning curve, interesting tasks and lots of fun.

Skills and behavioural characteristics:
- Good organisational & analytical skills
- Good administrative and computer skills (PowerBI, Excel and Power Point) - Fluent Danish or Norwegian language, and English, French is a +
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-  Interest in the commercial and marketing aspects of branded FMCG market in the Nordic region.
-  Team player with a high level of dedication
-  Pragmatic, independent, flexible, and entrepreneurial
-  Hard working, dynamic, high level of energy and hunger to succeed
-  Open, direct, honest and respectful
-  Takes ownership and accountability for the business and of his/her tasks

We are flexible in terms of which days you work, and you are welcome to adjust days according to changing study schedules.
Most important is that we can count on deadlines and deliveries.

Place of work is flexible, but we expect you to be at the office in Helsingborg once a week. The rest of your worktime can be done from home.

Gross Salary : 4 000 DKK per month
No. of hours working : 20 hours per week

Transport : Either reimbursed by the company or the commute to the office is handled with the Denmark/Norway Country Manager.

Starting date: As soon as possible
