Supply Planner H/F - VIE

Pierre Fabre is the second largest French private pharmaceutical laboratory and the second largest dermo-cosmetics laboratory in the world with presence in 130 countries, a global revenue of EUR 2.3 billion in 2017 and 13,500 employees worldwide. The portfolio covers prescription drugs, dermo-cosmetics and consumer health care. In 2017 the company dedicated almost 175 M€ to R&D related to oncology, dermatology, the central nervous system, consumer health care and dermo-cosmetics. Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmétique established a Nordic subsidiary with headquarters in Copenhagen in 2016, opened up a branch office in Norway in 2017 and a branch office in Finland in January 2018.

Within our Nordic subsidiary, you will work on demand forecasting, supply planning and procurement, from the sales forecast to the actual importation of the goods in close collaboration with our local team, the HQ and our logistic supplier. You will work closely with the supply chain manager by giving support on the daily tasks and upcoming projects.

Key job accountabilities

This is a great opportunity to grow and learn while working. You will be part of a dedicated Nordic team, while having your own key responsibilities within supply planning.

Lead and guarantee the monthly review of sales forecast (in collaboration with marketing and sales)
Focus on the validation of the significantly-moving quantities within short and medium term (6-12 months) by carrying out S&OP analysis and sharing the results with the management and the involved stakeholders
Validate and ensure the quality of the sales forecast analysis and reports
Work on the replenishment plan to our French headquarter
Anticipate and manage potential product shortages and plan accordingly
Work closely with the distribution center for the preparation and shipment of our orders to the subsidiaries

Profil recherché

You hold master’s degree within supply management or equivalent. Additional training or experience within supply management would be an advantage. You have a natural flair for IT and office systems. You have strong analytical skills. You enjoy analyzing and solving different situations, both practical and on ways of optimizing our processes.

You are well organized and enjoy a close cooperation with your colleagues. You need to be fluent in English, while French and Danish skills would be an extra asset.

The position is a 1-year VIE contract with the possibility of extending the contract up to 2 years
