TECHNICAL INTENDANT
Under the authority of the General secretariat of the Embassy, the main duties are to maintain and service the buildings and facilities of the Embassy
POSITION AS TECHNICAL INTENDANT
at the French Embassy in Denmark located
at Kongens Nytorv 4 – 1150 Copenhagen K
Starting date: as soon as possible
Under the authority of the General secretariat of the Embassy (SGA), the main duties are to maintain and service the buildings and facilities of the Embassy (Kongens Nytorv 4) and the Consular Section (Ny Østergade 3), and to coordinate the works as well as the relocation project of the Consulate within the Thott Palace.
Main duties :
• Contribution to budget evaluations of minor building maintenance works
• Elaboration of quotes in accordance with technical requirements
• Management of maintenance interventions
• Carrying out small works (maintenance, repairs, etc.)
• Stock management of technical equipment and tools
• Technical correspondent for service providers
• Monitoring of building works
• Prevention of professional risks
• Work in conjunction with the Embassy General Secretariat
• Prevention of fire safety
• All missions depending on the activity of the embassy
