Airbus SE is a European multinational aerospace corporation. In 2019, Airbus was the world's largest airliner manufacturer and took the most airliner orders. Airbus is registered in the Netherlands; its shares are traded in Germany, France and Spain. The company's main civil aeroplane business is based in Blagnac, France, a suburb of Toulouse, with production and manufacturing facilities mostly in the European Union (France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom) but also in China and the United States.

Kimon Sotiropoulos, Vice President, is responsible for the commercial aircraft business in the region covering Central and Northern Europe, Russia & Central Asia. In that role, he is leading the team that is working with various airlines in Denmark, the Faroes and Greenland. Kimon reports directly to the Airbus Chief Commercial Officer. 

Air transport is often blamed as a major polluter and Airbus is working hard to reduce the pollution of its planes. What is the airline industry doing to reduce their pollution? Kimon Sotiropoulos will tell more about the Airbus sustainability strategy:


"Towards a greener plane: how is Airbus preparing for energy transition?"

The presentation will be organized at the Njord Law Firm premises and will be commenced with breakfast networking.
The number of seats is limited, so please sign up on below on March 6th at the latest.
Cancellation must be received no later than March 9 to avoid a no-show fee of DKK 250.
