CSR conference at CBS - November 3rd

The Danish-French Chamber of Commerce, The French Institute, Business France, and BLC Union are delighted to invite you to a conference on the 3rd of November at CBS Copenhagen Business School. The topic of the conference is: 

The strategic impact of CSR: 
How can companies serve the common good and improve society?

Sustainable development and CSR have become well-known concepts to all and is essential for companies to incorporate in their strategy. Some companies are still yet to place CSR at the heart of their strategic choices, and go beyond serving the purpose of green-washing. Implementing CSR in corporate activities can improve levels of innovation, motivation, transformations and contribute to generating a positive impact on business surroundings and the environment. 

The conference will be introduced by the French Ambassador, Caroline Ferrari.

We will have testimonies from two French VIE’s and two CBS students, who will explain their perception of the importance of CSR. The future professionals are the ones to form the future of business and it will be exciting to hear their point-of-view.

For the round-table debate, we have prepared a panel consisting of 4 participants each capable of providing their personal point of view. The debate is to be moderated by Vibe Puggaard, Managing Director of Hays Specialist Recruitment. 
The 4 speakers are: 

- Mikael Zakarian, CFO of Microsoft Denmark, on how Microsoft has prioritized a focus on LGBT inclusion.
- Emma Hurley, Nordic Sustainability leader ​​​​​​at L'Oréal, introduction to L’Oréal For The Future program.
- Christina Heineke Petersen, Head of Country Services at TotalEnergies, will explain how TotalEnergies is transforming into a multi-energy company with increased focus on sustainability and CSR.
- Ulrik Fonsmark Andreasen, Managing Partner at Impact Partners, on social entrepreneurship and impact investment funds
