To support our rapid expansion in France, we are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Coordinator with excellent command in French to join our headquarters in Copenhagen. 

As part of the team in charge of the French market, you will provide sales support to our French B2B customers from new client onboarding to after-sales support. You will be the pillar of our back-office services. You will also be responsible for managing our growing independent retailer portfolio on the French market.


Sales Support to French retail customers

  • Order processing management
  • Sales administration and onboarding (new customer creation and update, retailers’ masterdata of new products, etc.)
  • Order entry of key customers
  • Management of claims
  • Assist the finance department in credit control matters (blocked orders, overdue, etc.)
  • Assist the customer service in delivery inquiries from B2B customers (discrepancy in deliveries, support with delivery booking, order status)
  • Handle phone enquiries from French retail customers

Sales Management

  • Responsible for our independent retailer portfolio in France
  • Up sell and drive re-orders on a daily basis
  • Occasionally attend fairs and meet with customers in France (around 10-15 days a year)

Communication and marketing

  • Produce/translate and send communication in French for our newsletters (MailChimp)  


Excellent verbal and written command in French and English and previous experience in sales support.  

  • Educated within sales, business administration or similar
  • 1 to 5 years of experience within sales support to wholesale customers
  • Industry experience from fashion, or other kids designer brands advantageous
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge in ERP systems
  • Good at building up positive and long-term relations with customers and service-minded, always
  • Well organized with a keen eye for details
  • Self-driven, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Energetic, ambitious and a true team player
  • Experience/knowledge of the French retail market is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Danish is a plus.
