Customer Experience Coordinator – French speaking

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Customer Experience Coordinator with excellent proficiency in French. You will be part of a fast-growing global brand in a dynamic team powered by ambition, passion, and strong business acumen.

As part of the team, you will provide excellent customer experience to your assigned portfolio of existing and new clients. You will be the pillar of our best-in-class customer service with commercial awareness that ensures customer satisfaction, drives re-orders, and helps strengthen our brand loyalty.

You will be working from the LIEWOOD HQ in Copenhagen.

Tasks

• Manage incoming phone calls and/or emails (about orders/delivery status, …);
• Order processing management;
• Prepare data/ visuals to key customers ahead of collection launch ;
• Follow-up and handle new retailer inquiries;
• Support the onboarding of new retail customers;
• Process of all customer claims types;
• Assist the finance department in coordination with the sales team with credit control matters (blocked orders, overdue, etc.);
• Identify customers’ support needs;
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication;
• Produce/translate communication in French for our newsletters.

You have

• Experience within customer service or customer success;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of ERP systems (Business Central);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, additional languages a plus.
