The security holes inherent to these complicated systems are regularly exploited, and big companies are frequently attacked. This is why cybersecurity has become a major challenge for many companies.
The Danish-French Chamber of Commerce is happy to invite you to a conference on Thursday 23 May 2019, where three specialists will present their views on how to address this new issue:
Daniel Bachmann, Serial entrepreneur, CEO, IIOTD A/S, CIICEN A/S & OcuTune IVS.
Daniel founded IoT Denmark A/S back in 2015. The company purchased the rights to the French Sigfox IoT Network for Denmark and went on to build the network infrastructure in the first year. Today, the company has one of the strongest and best covering networks in the world. Daniel went on to establish the above-mentioned companies to expand the use of IOT within the healthy living environment. He will discuss the use of the IOT Sigfox Network – risks and opportunities.

Attorney and partner Nis Peter Dall is one of the leading professionals regarding privacy law in Denmark and head of NJORD Law Firms Privacy law group. Further Nis is a Certified IT-Attorney, and has a substantial knowledge and experience regarding IT-law, privacy-law, and a number of other related areas, including health data law. Nis Peter Dall will give us some highlights on how to reduce the risk of fines and damages and be in compliance with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Claus Larsen, Country Manager at Atos Denmark Atos is a French company and a leader within the domain of digital transformation and the European leader in cybersecurity. Claus Larsen will approach the subject with a focus on cybersecurity in the healthcare sector.
More and more connected devices are indeed used in healthcare areas. Protecting them from cyberattacks is crucial for patients’ confidential data but also for patients’ health as such.
