The Chamber is delighted to invite you to a conference on the 24th of March, on the topic of “Equality is mutually beneficial”.

In March the International Women’s Day is celebrated. This day is dedicated to celebrate women and underline the importance of the continued fight for rights, influence and equality. Relating to this occasion, the Chamber is delighted to invite you to a conference on the 24th of March, on the topic of “Equality is mutually beneficial” through investigating and discussing why it should be in the interest of all to seek to increase levels of equality in business environments.

The conference will welcome 3 high profile speakers for presentations and a panel debate:
- Mette Gade, lawyer and Partner at 360 Law Firm, who will describe her journey towards establishing a new law firm together with a male partner, partly to break with persistent corporate cultures in a traditionally male dominated trade.
- Aurélie Morin-Billault, CFO at L’Oréal Nordic, who will introduce some of the difficulties associated to being a woman holding a position which often is occupied almost exclusively by men. 
- Sander van Enschot, Supply Chain and Category Director at Sephora, to talk about his personal experiences of being a man in a more “feminine” company environment..

The conference is taking place on the 24th of March at 17.00, at 360 Law Firm’s new premises. After the conference has come to a conclusion guests will be offered a glass to network over.

Parking nearby the venue is possible and in the afternoon most spaces will be free. If you are using public transport, the nearest station for bus, metro, and S-train is Nordhavn st. followed by a 5 minutes walk to 360 Law Firm.
