At the occasion of the International Women’s Day, the Chamber will organize a conference on the 7th of March with several female entrepreneurs

Each year in March, we celebrate the International Women’s Day. This year, the official theme will be “Invest in women: Accelerate progress”. At this occasion, the Chamber will organize a conference on the 7th of March where we give the floor to several female entrepreneurs to learn about their journey, including possible constraints that women might experience when creating their own companies.

We will welcome the following 4 speakers on the stage:

The Revolutionary Urinal, Lapee is a urinal for women and GNC who squat to pee. It allows to pee quickly, safely and hygienically at events and festivals.  The company has been launched in Denmark in 2017 by Gina, a French entrepreneur established in Denmark.

Petra Kaukua · CEO & co-founder of Eat Grim
Petra Kaukua is a co-founder and CEO of the food waste startup Eat Grim, that after six years in the business decided to close its doors in September 2023. Eat Grim was a platform for "ugly", or second class fruits and vegetables - those products that would end up as waste because of aesthetic imperfections, or because of oversupply. Petra will join us to share stories from the journey, including the successes and the challenges that this female-founded company experienced during its six eventful years in the business.
