Country Manager Denmark - Pierre Fabre

Pierre Fabre, a renowned French enterprise dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and improving health and beauty, is seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to fill the role of Country Manager to strengthen the results in the Danish market.

As Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Pierre Fabre’s presence in Denmark. With a focus on Dermo-Cosmetics, you will lead a dedicated team to drive sales, marketing, and promotional activities, ensuring the Pierre Fabre products reach their full potential in the Danish market.

Full P/L responsibility and opportunity to make a significant impact and drive positive change
You report to the General Manager Nordics and will become a member of the Nordic Leadership team.

Your key responsibilities among others will be to

  • define and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives and market dynamics
  • lead and motivate the local team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • develop strong relationships with pharmacies, e-retailers, and healthcare professionals
  • manage budgets effectively to optimise sales and marketing activities
  • analyse market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape
  • collaborate closely with Nordic counterparts and contribute to regional success
  • embrace the values of the company rooted in innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility.

Commercial background and mindset
You should hold a master's degree in a relevant field and bring valuable sales and managerial experience from international companies. Your experience should encompass navigating complex business environments and working with pharmacies, e-retailers and/or other key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, enabling you to thrive in the dynamic market landscape.

In addition to your educational and professional background, you should possess exceptional strategic planning skills and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. You possess strong communication and negotiation skills and build strong customer relationships. Furthermore, you hold a good situational awareness without being too soft.
